There is no limit to the size of a business we would consider working in. We work in small offices and cafes, right up to monstrously sized warehouses. In all cases we will visit your site, and sit down and speak with you prior to entering into any formal agreement, and we will ensure that we can commit the right amount of resource to give you the service and level of excellence you expect.

All agreed cleaning contracts are bespoke and tailored specifically to your needs, so nothing is set in stone or dictated by us. We have cleaning contracts that require daily cleaning visits and others that are monthly. On average, most people require at least a weekly clean, but we are completely flexible and will fit in with your requirements.

We operate a no fixed minimum or maximum length contract, but the cleaning industry standard practice is for a 12-month contract. We consistently deliver a superior service level and our contracts have a 3-month notice period. 

Because we tailor our service to suit your business and all businesses have different requirements, there is no standard list of cleaning tasks that we undertake. We agree with you what is included before we start work, so this could be toilet and washroom cleaning daily, office cleaning weekly, bin emptying daily etc., and you may agree to a deep clean of certain areas on a more infrequent basis. It really is up to you, and we will only agree if we can commit the resources you need for the period of the contract. We also provide close supervision, carry out our own risk assessments applicable to your site and comply with all industry accreditations.

The majority of our contracts are in Cheshire and Greater Manchester including areas such as Stockport, Bury, Macclesfield, Sandbach and surrounding areas. Our reputation is particularly strong in the popular commercial areas of Manchester, and this is where our biggest concentration of resources can be allocated, and if required, on a reactive basis. Where possible we use the most sustainable cleaning materials on the market and minimise the use of harsh chemicals or aerosols that can be harmful to the environment. We also work to high standards with regards the discharge of materials, energy usage and any recycling requirements. All our staff are trained in health, safety and environmental best practice and we have systems in place to ensure we are up-to-speed with all current industry legislation.
